Knew Productions has recently produced a video for the West Midlands housing association, Nehemiah UCHA. This was to record the 10-year anniversary celebrations of its retirement scheme at Henry Court, Dudley. As part of this, Sir Lenny Henry CBE, the Dudley born comedian, actor and writer unveiled a special commemorative plaque. Sir Lenny had opened the scheme back in 2005, it was named after his mum Winifred, who was a member of the church that founded Nehemiah UCHA.
Richard and Vince from Knew Productions had a great day filming the celebrations and interviewing Sir Lenny. They worked alongside Stephanie from Freeman Marketing and PR who organised the event. This is the third time Knew Productions has worked with Stephanie on a Nehemiah UCHA project. The video was edited down to a few minutes to be used on the Nehemiah UCHA website, YouTube channel and for their archives, you can watch it here!
This project is a great example of how event coverage can be used to promote your business or organisation, not only recording things for posterity but also as a tool to generate interest in future events.
Events highlight videos are increasingly popular and at Knew Productions we offer a super-fast turn around service, allowing you to show your video on the same day that it is filmed. See here for more information about this.
