Thanks to our ongoing relationship with Castle Cement, we were asked to create three induction videos to be shown to their temporary agency drivers. Face-to-face induction and training was taking up a considerable amount of time, so the induction video needed to demonstrate driver procedures, safety policies and environmental considerations across the three different sites.
By using onboard minicams, we captured some great footage. And we were able to use a great deal of the footage shot for the first video across all three: reducing follow-on filming time and saving money. In the end, we were able to deliver 3 films for the price of 2.
The videos are used every single week by staff.
